Shocked is a 100x weather mutation. Lightning strikes during Thunderstorm weather can shock a crop.
What Shocked does to value
On its own, Shocked makes a crop worth 100× its base value. With other environment mutations it adds 99 to the multiplier rather than multiplying it.
